Responsibilities
-Using telephone and pre-set questionnaire to understand object client’s needs;
-To describe Bureau Veritas and products of System Certification Services on phone;
-To answer client’s questions;
-Record client’s needs and report on daily or weekly basis.
Requirements:
-College degree or above;
-Good communication skill, especially on phone;
-Standard mandarin and pleasant voice;
-Love communicating with people, positive, patient and persistent;
-Good at handling clients’ refuse, complaint and even rude attitude;
工作职责：
-使用电话和前期问卷调查的形式理解目标客户的需求
-通过电话介绍BV，并且向客户描述BV认证体系的产品
-解答客户的问题
-记录客户的需求并且做日报告或周报告
职位要求：
-本科学历及以上，英文读写熟练，口语可以交流；
-良好的电话沟通技巧
-喜欢从事与人沟通的工作，工作态度积极，耐心，坚持
-善于处理客户的拒绝，抱怨甚至粗鲁的态度
